As of April 1st, 2023, the Directors Certificate will consist of 15 mandatory courses. Completion of all 15 courses earn an overall “OMIA Certification Program – Directors Certificate”. Directors enrolled in the current program structure (prior to April 1st, 2023) will continue until they have completed the program.
*Please note as of April 1st, 2023, OMIA will not accept course equivalencies in either program structure.
OMIA is also pleased to introduce a “Beyond Certification” category. To maintain the OMIA Directors Certificate, there will be a requirement to complete at least 2 courses per year from the “Beyond Certification” category (please check with your Member Company as this requirement may involve a higher number of courses).
