I’ve logged in, but when I try to take a course, it keeps asking me to log in again.

You need to accept cookies so the site can recognize you are logged in.

  1. Log out.
  2. Log in.
  3. Accept cookies by clicking on the banner at the bottom of the screen.

My username is not recognized.

The username and password combination are different from the OMIA member site.

  1. Use your username from the eLearning site.
  2. If you haven’t set up a separate account on the eLearning site, please contact the eLearning administrator at your company. If you don’t know who this person is, email the eLearning inbox at OMIA.

My password is not working.

The username and password combination are different from the OMIA member site.

  1. Use your password from the eLearning site.
  2. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the sign in page and click ‘forgot my password’. You will receive an email (it may go into your spam folder), with a password reset button.

All my courses are not showing on transcript.

Currently the transcript on the on-demand site only shows courses that were taken through the on-demand site. For information on all the courses you have taken through all formats, email the registrations inbox at OMIA.
